The biggest cheque in the club’s history came in March: the World e-Sports Games in Seoul, won against 4Kings. By summer the title team had broken up, BrandTheGame had taken over management, and a new Scandinavian line-up was built around XeqtR.

What NoA
left behind
01
mTw.dk, 2008
The former NoA core dominated 2008, winning the KODE5 Global Finals, the Intel Extreme Masters Continental Finals and the World Cyber Games 2008.
02
Oldboys, 2020–24
Led by guddo, the Danish players of the NoA and mTw years came back as an oldboys team in the Danish OldBoys CS:GO league and won seasons 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8.
03
zonic
Danny “zonic” Sørensen went on to coach. With Astralis he won four Counter-Strike Majors between 2017 and 2019.
04
The name
NoA also fielded teams in other games, including Warcraft III. Wikipedia dates the end of the organisation to November 2011; in 2020 guddo bought the name back, and the oldboys played under it. The squads on this site are the real line-ups, one per era, from the same sources as this page.
Sources & accuracy
The squad pages follow the same sources, one squad per era. Dates, rosters and placements follow Liquipedia, Wikipedia and Esports Earnings. Where they disagree, this page uses the more cautious version and marks the entry with ≈. The images are archive plates made for this page, except the 2007 wallpaper and website design, which are originals, and the club pages, which are captures from the Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine. Corrections from people who were there are very welcome.
